We welcome weekly stays, and our townhouse is perfect for a comfortable extended getaway. With three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and in-home laundry, you’ll have everything you need. Many families stay a full week to enjoy skiing, skating, hiking, the athletic club, and Town Square at a relaxed pace. Weekly stays also offer savings and the best availability during ski season and vacation weeks

Nestled in beautiful Waterville Valley, this bright and relaxing riverside townhouse is the perfect mountain retreat. Located directly on the Mad River and just a 7-minute walk to downtown, the home offers peaceful surroundings with unbeatable access to everything the valley has to offer. With three spacious bedrooms—including two king beds, a bunk bed, two twin beds, and a loft—there’s plenty of room for families and groups.

Enjoy four bathrooms featuring a jetted tub, steam shower, and a private sauna for a touch of spa-like luxury. After a day of skiing, boarding, hiking, biking, tennis, golf, swimming, or snowtubing, unwind by the cozy fireplace or step out to the deck and backyard to relax by the river. Guests also receive access to the White Mountain Athletic Club, with a full gym, indoor pool, and outdoor pool.

This home is offered exclusively for extended stays, with weekly Friday–Friday bookings and flexible, discounted monthly options, making it the ideal choice for those seeking comfort, space, and a true mountain-living experience.

Guests have full access to the entire townhouse, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, fireplace, private deck, backyard, and direct access to the Mad River and nearby hiking trails. You’ll also enjoy private use of the sauna, jetted tub, and steam shower.

Your stay includes access to the White Mountain Athletic Club (WMAC), offering an indoor pool, outdoor pool, tennis, splash area, hot tubs, gym, and more.

Parking is available and the ski shuttle stop is just steps from the property, providing easy access to Waterville Valley Ski Resort.

The area feels private and relaxing, yet everything is close by—Town Square, the recreation center, bike paths, Nordic trails, and the shuttle to the ski mountain. Families love the safe environment, easy walkability, and access to year-round outdoor adventures. It’s the best of both worlds: peaceful nature right outside your door, with the convenience of the village just around the corner.

Our location makes getting around incredibly easy. Park right at the townhome and explore the village on foot—Town Square, the ice arena, restaurants, and trailheads are all just a short walk away. The free resort shuttle stops nearby and runs frequently to the ski mountain and other valley amenities, which is especially helpful for families with gear. The neighborhood is flat, safe, and very walkable in all seasons.

The free Waterville Valley ski shuttle picks up right near the townhouse, or you can drive to the mountain in about 5 minutes.

Your stay includes access to WMAC (for a small daily fee charged by the club), offering indoor/outdoor pools, gym, hot tubs, and more. Hours and availability may vary seasonally.

✔ Dog-Friendly

Well-behaved dogs are welcome! Please keep pets off furniture and clean up after them. A small pet fee applies.

✔ Mountain & Weather Conditions

Being in the White Mountains, weather can change quickly. In winter, 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended.

Please respect community quiet hours after 10 PM.

Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Additional parking may be available in town.

The kitchen faucet features a built-in water filter for fresh, clean drinking water during your stay.

✔ Direct Access to the River & Trails

The backyard opens to the river and hiking paths—great for exploring, but please supervise children and pets.

✔ No Smoking

Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property.

✔ Fireplace Use

The fireplace is available during winter months. Instructions will be provided in the house manual.

✔ Security & Safety

The home uses a smart lock for keyless entry. Exterior cameras may be present at the front door for safety (no interior cameras). One Google nest thermostat so the heat is comfortable on the fist floor upon arrival.
